..in banning orders for the Euro championship this year they lead the way with a 143 numpties banned followed by leeds utd with 104, i wonder why most people seem to dislike these clubs fans?? Swansea come in at 76, middle of the road numpty banning considering the numbers of the other clubs mentioned. Its a proud time for the cardiff lot, and beleive me there will be plenty very proud of the fact they have gone...top of the numpty banning order league!! Wonder if Dai Thomas is on the list http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/articles/311160/20120308/2-500-football-hooligans-banned-euros-european.htm
Why am I not surprised ? Feel sorry for the genuine fans who support their club that they have to put up with dickheads like that. Imagine being a Cardiff fan away from home and because of these morons being treated like social lepers. A disgrace to their club and to Welsh football.
I feel sorry for them too, but they are stuck i nthe dark ages up there and dont help themselves. still harping on about the souless crew and having ex hooligans have a mouth piece on internet and local media just makes the problem alot worse, the many can easily out number the few if they really want to, so basically **** em i say
Ouch !! ..A bit harsh on the team there Vetch , it's not their fault they end up with the fans they do .
I wasn't singling out "the team",cracker, merely joining in the fun. It's still O.K. to do that, isn't it?
Probably, though we do have a Mackem that controls things on here so it could well be anybody with the banning orders
I knew a copper who had something to do with coordinating policing in the West Midlands for football matches. He informed me that they were always on high alert when Cardiff OR Swans fans came up that way, (so we have got some problems too) but especially Cardiff who he said had some real lunatics in their ranks. Cue Aber pining for the glory days, and others saying they got some family award last year. It's inevitable.
That list only goes to prove what a good job the Cardiff police are doing in comparison to others, anyway why so fixated on us Norway
"family club". That means they don't actually attack/maim anybody INSIDE the ground!!! You couldn't make it up - "family club",whatever next?
Links would help such as how long a timescale this is over and as you've brought it up, home v away, you must admit that the past 2 seasons the Swans didn't have the following to cause much trouble, don't get me wrong here I'm not 'sticking up for my club' everyone knows what it was like in years gone by but at least now the problem is not being ignored and is being dealt with.
