Cardiff City vs Hull City Match Thread

evening all,

a match between two promotion chasing teams, 3 points apart, 6th and 9th place respectively. we're in a poor run of form, perhaps the epic league cup final took alot out of some players, as we havent been performingi at the same level as we were before the final, however we hope we're back on track after winning 2-1 courtesy of 2 own goals at bristol, in sky's live saturday match.

well weve drawn 5 in a row, so are due a win but also i suppose due a defeat..so im gona go for 1-1

think the pressure of the home games has got to the young uns.
an away trip will do them the world of good.

 

With City away from home there's always a chance we'll nick a 1-0 win. A draw would be a decent result normally but having dropped so many points at home we need to win some away game to make up for it!

The only doubts are the wingers, Brady is our most in-form at the moment but looks to be injured, Stewart is talented but way off form, he's played almost every game lately but been pretty poor in all of them and most fans want to see him dropped, McLean works hard but lacks composure and then there is King who has only been used from the bench since joining but has shown the potential to suggest he might be worth a start (at times). I expect it'll be McLean and Stewart, but I'd prefer McLean and King I think.

 

Didn't you play on Saturday? And Leeds v boro on Sunday?

Anyway, think it will be tight, we tend to do better against the bigger clubs in this league specially when they're above us, so quietly optimistic of snatching a sneaky undeserved 1-0 win from you bellends. What's parking like around the groud? This is my first ever trip to Ninian park.

we moved stadium about 3 years ago as for parking my gang park about 10 mins from the stadium, i'm sure you'll get some good advice from a cardiff fan on here

 

Both teams have been involved in Cup Finals this season. Cardiff against Liverpool, and Hull in theirs against Leeds.

 

It's interesting that Garcia wasn't involved in the reserves game tonight at all, maybe a call up for him to come back in the side? Also olofinjana played so he definitely won't be in the squad for tomorrow.
