What can we say Reading, other than Kindle is a great invention eh? Hardly a famous club, but they have been up there a few times. My benchmark for the status of a club is whether Gary Madine has played for it....simple as! I remember them giving us a five goal hammering twice, when Kitson was every bit as lethal as the aforementioned idol! Ah well, good times, bad times, lockdown times....blowing in the wind times! Tricky one this, draw for me, another brace from Roger Moore......Ivanhooooooooooooooooo! :emoticon-0103-cool:

Just looked back at the head to head results and they're not good recently. We haven't beaten this lot in any competition for the last 5 years. November 2015 was the last time when we won 2-0 at the CCS - Kenwyne and Connolly got the goals and Keith Stroud was the ref.... <yikes>

    Here's the side that day................

    David Marshall
    Matthew Connolly
    Sean Morrison
    Scott Malone
    Lee Peltier
    Aron Gunnarsson
    Craig Noone
    Anthony Pilkington
    Joe Ralls
    Kenwyne Jones
    Joe Mason

..........and the 3 subs we used that day were Sammy Ameobi, Idris Saadi and Stuart O'Keefe.......<doh>

Sammy Ameobi is a bit good now it seems. He was poor quality with us with doubts over his health, but you can see that he once was a promising player! Fug off Masky! <steam> Get my coat, get my hat...rearrange my bollocks someone! :emoticon-0103-cool:

Today's ref is David Webb. Only refed us 3 times last one home v Millwall last Boxing Day, 1.1 draw.

I see the little fat twat Simon Hooper is in the VAR room for a Prem game to day. Best place for him. Somehow he is on the Prem League ref's list. FFS !!!!!

WTF? It could be that some of the readers on this forum could be described as this...so hurtful pal and so unnecessary on so many levels. What if Clingon and Aber are reading this? :emoticon-0103-cool:

Just telling like it is Masked One.

I can't believe anyone here would be offended by truth about the obnoxious twerp that is Hooper.

I could have used a stronger adjective.

How is Tonto by the way?

I rest my case your honour. ManU win 3.2 at Brighton with a controversial penalty given by VAR in 10th minute, yes 10th minute, of added time, after the ref had blown to end the game.

VAR official Simon Hooper. He has to influence the game even when not on the pitch.

No Bennett or Ralls. Cunningham and Vaulks start. Pato not even on bench. On his way to the Wendies.

    Hate playing Reading.
Must stem back to their keeper equalising in 98th minute several years back <doh>

Terrible game. No cohesion amongst the players out there - something needs to be changed by Harris either straight away or well before the hour.

Sling Murphy on for Hoilet who is a yellow card away from being sent off, and maybe Tomlin for Vaulks to try to win a game that's going nowhere.

Slow out of the blocks yet again.

Uphill struggle now with little created first half.

We are yet to score in the second half this season.

Got to get the ball into the box quickly for Moore to be effective.

    No sign of that yet.

    Tomo on for Vaulks.

I guess Murphy will be next to appear.

I commented on the Championship Watch thread that Derby could be the whipping boys. I wonder if we're candidates for that title.
