    Cardiff chasing Sunderland midfielder Vaughan

Cardiff City are chasing Sunderland midfielder David Vaughan.

The People says Vaughan is on table-topping Cardiff’s wanted list.

Midfielder Vaughan helped Blackpool go up three seasons ago and is *frustrated by his lack of *opportunities on Wearside.

The Wales international could head to Cardiff on loan and is willing to drop down to the Championship to be part of Malky Mackay’s push for promotion.

He's a decent squad player nothing more. If we have cover there and we are looking to improve that area let him go.

I'm sure we got him for nowt so it would be a wage off the payroll.

I think you're wrong about him. Note, this one isn't being sold.

He showed his true value and potential as a -wait for it ...CREATIVE MIDFIELDER last season when we went on our Champions League standard winning streak. People have been praising Cattermole and who was his best partner last season? Who would you prefer to hit a 30 yard pile-driver, him or Gardner?

Who was Blackpool's player of the season 18 months ago? He missed the pre-season and start of the season with a hernia condition. He's 29 and this could be the perfect opportunity for him to find his feet and match sharpness again. I'd be very happy to know he still has a potential key role at Sunderland next season and I say all of this, in spite of ther fact he is sadly and unfortunately Welsh.

Gotta be hones Shameless, don't rate the lad at all, don't think his passing or movement is nearly good enough.

He's tidy on the ball, but his passing range is about 30 yards, he's hit a couple of screamers, but very rarely does he have the confidence to try.

Happy for him to leave, wish him well, and he'll be a top player in the Championship.

TBH if we we are going to progress as a premier league team
The likes of Vaughan, bramble, JI, Meyer(as much as I like Meyers attitude and love for Sunderland) & kilgallon have to go.

Fair enough but what I said is that MON is not going to play him. So what's the point.
