Think by without him doing what he did we would not be able to make any kind of transition from defence to attack . Docherty was handy at right middle first half he looked quick .
Slater - 2 goals.
Seri - Instrumental to us.
Sinik - Changed the game.

Slater - £50k and 2 goals in 2 minutes. Cracking!

Greaves - For that pass for the first goal. What a ball that was, served up on a plate. Greaves would have been second, but for his fault in Cardiff’s second goal.
All in all a fantastic performance. We need to practice passing around at the back, if that’s how we’re going to play. Teams will get wise to it and there’s always an error in that defence.

All in all a fantastic performance. We need to practice passing around at the back, if that’s how we’re going to play. Teams will get wise to it and there’s always an error in that defence.
He was at fault for their goal but in general we look more secure down that side as it highlights his strengths and minimises his weaknesses. Hopefully Rosenior can improve our defensive organisation to stop situations like that happening but thought he had a good game overall.

Christie is Mr Dependant. Always seems to put a good shift in now.
Seri is class but scares me in moments. He's brilliant 90% of the time, but 10% he'll give it away deep or get eased off the ball.
Figs is our best defender, but not great on the ball. He needs to be given an easy option in possession and he'll flourish.
Jones has firmly cemented a place at CB for me.
Baxter looked a little nervy but he'll gain us more points than we lose.
Woods seemed a little off the pace tonight but had a decent game.
Docherty gave the ball away a lot tonight but his work rate helped get us through it.
Longman was great off the ball and instrumental in a few of our attacks. It's on the ball where I think he needs to improve. I think it's more his reading of the game than a lack of skill or ability that put him slightly off the pace.

Sinik is starting to look like a good signing. Just needs more time while we're playing well.
Tufan changed the game. He has a congregation ready to criticise him for anything, but gossip aside he's one of our better players.

For me, Slater and Seri were the best two players on the pitch in the first half. Opinions eh?

Longman - his pressing of their defenders must make him a nightmare to play against, plus assists in all three goals. Those that have been slating him clearly don’t understand football.
Slater - did a lot of passing back in that first half which wasn’t the best best if you’re playing as a left winger, but he more than made up for it in the second half after being moved more central, and took both his goals really well.
Seri - just personifies class as a footballer and makes us tick.
