First round matches finished tonight, and the draw was done straight after.

We have been drawn away at Bury.

What a boring draw! Hopefully win... Do we really go for the cup this year? Or throw it to focus fully on staying up?

 

Will be Wasyl, Moores, Ulloas time to shine, i don't expect us to go out first round, but i don't expect us to get much further

 

Not really bothered who we get drawn against, but will be nice to give a few youngsters and fringe players the opportunity to shine, eg. Tom Lawrence, Jack Barmby and Ben Chilwell.

 

Maybe I'm being harsh but from what I have seen Lawrence and barmby I doubt will make it here - may be better to loan then both out and try and put them in the shop window to sell them now with a sell-on clause. Otherwise before you know it they will be in their mid 20s and worth nothing

 

We won't go out in the first round as we had a bye.

 

Assume he means the first round that we will play in.

 

Sorry yeah, should have said first game. 3rd or 4th rounds are respectable places to finish with a weaker starting 11.
