We all know how much City fans are being fleeced for the 'privilege ' of sitting in the temple known as Old Trafford tonight, but compare the £46 for adults to the prices being charged in the other ties taking place tonight. ****ing scandalous and no two ways about it http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...p-10-Manchester-United-charge-Norwich-46.html
Last year there was uproar at Carrow Road when the club charged £30 for Spurs. That was subsequently dropped to £20 for Villa in the quarter final. £46 is obscene - though you don't need me to tell you that, Longsight.
It's simply unbelievable that they are charging that, however they will vindicate the decision by saying that we've bought all the tickets (which I'm guessing we probably have?) so it can't have been unfair. Nice gesture of the club to lay on free travel, however that won't help any ex-pats making the journey from other parts of the country. Arsenal didn't get anywhere near enough credit for their unbelievably good value £25.50 tickets the other week, which makes this strategy from United look even more ridiculous.
