Being reported that the Newport keeper has scored direct from a goal kick.

Given it was a goal direct from a goal kick and didn't appear to touch anyone else, I didn't think the goal should stand ?
If the keeper had kicked/drop kicked the ball when in his possession then fair enough i.e Ray Cashleys goal

Never seen that before anyways if a keeper takes a goal kick and the wind takes it backwards into the net its a corner!! but its different of the ball goes into the net the other end?? maybe its because i have never seen it before i did not know the rules or its changed??
