MM has been knocked back for signing 9 players on loan, he has been told that 5 of these players are available for signing on a permanent basis...............obviouly the word has gone around we have a few quid to spend in the New Year,,,,,,,,,,,no loans.............but buy them, worrying or good news?
He says he's only looking for loans that will increase the quality of the squad. If they tick that box, they should be good enough to buy, provided they are young(ish). With what we've got, player at the end of their careers may be ok for a loan but not to buy. We've experience at the back, midfield and up front, so apart from someone that's been promoted in their career or played in the prem, younger players are what we want. PREFERABLY THAT PLAY IN F**K*** WIDE POSITIONS!!!!!!!!
its one side effect of having money, but we're no leicester, and MM didnt spend that much money in the summer so i dont know, i think that the PL clubs arent really negotiating from a position of strength because of the 25 man squad rule but i guess we'll find out proph, i've got to say i am surprised we havnt got any loans in yet. initially someone said MM was delaying getting in loans so we could have them over the christmas fixtures period but that theory has been chucked out of the window it seems.
I don't think Cardiff are alone in this, how many Championship clubs have the numbers of loanies that were around last year ?
