Personally if we can get a few quid for Fletcher I'd sell him and if we can buy van dijk for 6m and loan Alvarez I'd be more than happy with the squad, we still got bridcutt, mavrias, whatmore and mandron too in case of injuries
I wouldn't drop O'Shea or Larsson, they've been good the last few games. Would be a good squad though aye
I wouldn't drop anybody yet with the exception of Fletcher but it would be nice for the players to know that if they dip in form or get injured that they will have a real fight on their hands to get back into a hopefully successful team. Add also that a stronger squad should mean the ability to put some good cup runs together and it all adds up to a better season. Win against QPR should be good indication of how we are going.
