There is a lot of debate about this. Many argue CC is not the best miler and is protected. Let's see what he does today. I doubt he would keep up with Frankel.

Frankel is a true Champion - as is Canford Cliffs.
Would love to see them race each other in the next few months!!

I doubt it will happen. Canford Cliff's stallion fee would be too much at risk.

I agree Ron, far too much for CC to lose at stud but a great race would be in prospect if connections of both agreed.

I was in Canford Cliffs this morning, the village, not the horse. Though Canford Cliffs (the horse) might have been in Canford Cliffs (the vilage), this morning, but I didn't see him............

It will be great when they meet but if Frankel is anything like right on the day he will win. Personally I'd like to see Queally off and someone else on. He looked like he was struggling to hang on to the thing in the guineas. Not my favourite jockey. Frankel is a 'once in 20 years' horse though for sure.

I'd say Goldikova is the value at ascot next Tuesday. I think Canford Cliffs is the one of that pair who still has something to prove. Goldikova's has won how may Gp 1s, is it 12 now? including 2 Breeders Cups. 13/8 for the Queen Anne looks generous.

As for Frankel, who knows hat he can go on to acheive. The Guineas form's been rubber stamped by Roderic O'Connor and Dubawi Gold, also by Native Khan , it was clearly not a bad renewal. And Frankel destroyed them all.

I think the only thing that can stop Canford Cliffs from winning on Tuesday is not Goldikova, but Richard Hughes.

The way he rode Paco Boy last year and Dubawi Gold in the Irish guinneas has me very worried. Goldikova's form is there for all to see, but I think Canford Cliffs is a league above - if Paul Hannigan or Ryan More were on him he's be long odds on!!

Goldikova owes nothing to anyone but may just find the younger Canford Cliffs too strong. Frankel is something else.....I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like the 2000 guineas this year. Absolutley incredible

I reckon any Jockey would have struggled, it must have been like trying to rein in a run away train! Queally's done well for Cecil I reckon, and been part of the trainer's recent success

Goldikova is some horse and Canford Cliffs is equally as good.

    Will youth prevail?

I'll be cheering on Goldikova as ive been very impressed on how this horse has won. The breeders cup wins were amazing!

I think Frankel is the best miler at the moment. But i love Canford Cliffs, wonder if he may
have to much nous for the younger Frankel, if they ever meet...Have to say though, please
dont write off Sea the stars's achievements...This horse was a great champion and saw
all the opposition off with ease!! He had an incredible turn of foot too!
