You have been lied to and totally lead up the garden path by Rodgers, it is totally unacceptable that just 2 weeks ago he rebuffed Liverpools approach and has now switched and you must all be feeling very sore about it. It's a shame because after he signed the extension I thought "good on you Rodgers" but no, this has turned into a highly embarassing situation for the Swans and places you in danger for next season. Shame on you Brendan, not for leaving but doing it in the manner that you have. At least Lambert has not made any promises to us, so even if he does to go to Villa he won't have broken any promises.

Rodgers never 'promised' us anything. We gave him a chance after two spectacular failures and he rewarded us with by delivering prem football. We're even in my book.
