There has been an incredible change since New Year and the entire team just seems to have been playing as they should have been all season. I'm really looking forward to the Magpies' visit on Tuesday and hopefully we'll get revenge for the game at SJP!!!

So long as we don't come from behind with two goals in injury time like they did up there! My nerves would be shot to ****! <yikes>

I'm really worried about it. I think it will be a straight forward Newcastle win. A 2-0 or a 3-1.

I hope An doesn't just go all defensive, because it's a big game and Newcastle. I think he should stick to 1 up front, but I would like to see Hoolahan, Pritchard type players rather than bulk our midfield with workers and solid defenders. I'd like to see us try and take it to them at home. I think AN will play it safe though.

If we go for it, we can play like today. It would give any side in this league problems.
As far as possible, I hope AN sticks with more or less the same team as today and play with the same intent, though I appreciate that it will be a completely different proposition. I've always felt that if the team ever 'clicked', we would give someone a solid beating!!!!

How did Mulumbu play today?

Well, the pundits on Channel 5 certainly liked Howson's goal and it certainly was a beaut. All our goals looked good I thought and 4 were scored from outside the box.

Thanks Thai. Some awesome goals. Pritchard's second would have got the headlines had Wes and Howson not decided to pull a worldly out of the bag too. Great stuff!
Just watched highlights again and fully agree, Pritchard's third was a sublime strike.
So the three finalists for Goal Of The Season are pretty much sorted, then ? :emoticon-0112-wonde
