In a survey done for Clubs from all 92 PFL & EFL clubs Norwich came 7th but were the highest ranked Premier league club for Football teams that engage with their fans. Exeter were top overall with 170. The Scores were based on Dialogue with the fans, Governance & making communication transparent. City scored 135 out of a possible 280.
