I remember seeing you at age 15 playing for the Vancouver Whitecaps and was amazed at your ability which was evident for all to see. Well today the world saw you do Canada proud and believe me when I say there might be a lot of people going up the ladders to fix the roof that blew off when the final whistle went. Canadian sports is doing quite well right now thank you very much but to see you get the medal you so richly deserve was awesome, so enjoy the moment and plan for a World Cup next.
