I don't know, I'm not keen on the arms folded thing though. Makes it look like they're all freezing. Except the guy in the tracksuit, that's more like a Poochie impression (Simpsons when they added Poochie to Itchie and Scratchy)

I don't think that is Stu Young is it? Looks nothing like the kid I used to play against (although it was a long time ago so my memory could be off)
I thought that too at first, but this photo must be around 1985-86ish and Flounders was playing in the first team quite regularly so doubt he'd be pictured with the juniors.
