Do you think you can keep your start player or do you think he will go?

I don't support Celtic but I do rate Hooper as a player, I think Celtic would only accept a bid if it was around £7m-£8m maybe even more. I also think he'd only leave for a Premiership team so that rules out Southampton

He's happy at Celtic, however, if he wants to play for England he might have to go to the EPL (to a well established EPL side)!

£6 million + would be the only acceptable level of bid at this time.

    During the Summer - £7/8 million+

Why are we the only club interested in him then?

Yeah MIGHT, it all depends on what sort of other clubs are interested. IF Southampton are promoted it's likely they may be in a relegation fight so if clubs like Aston Villa, Newcastle maybe even Spurs came along then it's an easy choice

Newcastle and Sunderland = established EPL clubs - are rumoured to be interested.

If he wanted to go, he'd be best going to Newcastle as they may be able to offer European football (what gets up here).

    Straight up!

    Straight back down!

    Or, at best, 17th!

Southampton had a great start to the season but in recent weeks have slowed down and have been losing bad games to poor teams, do that in the Premier League and you'll be in a relegation fight

You also might not and even if you did it would be likey you'd go right back down. It would be a backwards move for him and we couldn't replace him during this window with a good enough player.

We will hold on to him during this window as selling him would be catastrophic to our title challange.

We are going in the prem to compete and that's what we will do.
We will buy some quality players and we'll be fine 17th to 10th me thinks.

I doubt Hooper would be sold in Janauary for anything othert than stupid money!

If he was, it would **** up Celtic's title chances and Lennon's job prospects!

Samaras would do a good job for Southampton. £5m should be enough.

Teams, who have been established longer in the EPL, struggle year on year! It's common for those who go up to come straight back down.
