Just pay him £500 a week or summit? Make him the club mascot?

I love him and I'll be sad when he's no longer a part of the team. I think he will be too.

I just hope, HOPE he gets a run-out at some point in the last two games and scores a goal. It would be immense and a real highlight as his career draws to a close.

I want him to be like the under 18s coach/assistant coach or something, hopefully his superb attitude and professionalism would rub off on them and we wouldnt have any more with a Ranger-esque attitude. Desperately hope he gets half an hour against West Brom and scores, or better yet, Chelsea.

It sounds like he's maybe trying to put himself in the frame for a coaching role. He'll do well I think, wherever he goes, he seems like a model pro and is just an outright popular bloke. Would love to see him score for us, would be a great end to an eventful career for him.

I like the guy, I'd be happy to see him stay. A real pro that would do his best in whatever role he was given.

In fact, I didn't even realise he was 34. I thought he was something like 36 or 38.

In that case, he's still within the age of a normal playing career, and as he seems to look after himself very well, he could be playing football for a few years yet.

There's no harm, right? I mean, he's not on too high a wage surely and he's just so lovely...

Hopefully we'll be 6-0 up against Chelski and get a penalty in the dying minutes and Pardew will bring him on just to take it <ok>

The whole team should do it when Kuqi scores his last minute winner vs Chelsea or West Brom. Including Pardew.

I was hoping that he'd be given a start for the reserves tonight, to be star man.

Now this I would LOVE to see.

Knowing our luck though the entire squad will do it and break their ribs...

Imagine if he was your dad. No kids would bother you.

His shoulders are so broad they actually exert their own gravitational pull and bend time.

Love it if he stayed another year, hes brilliant when he comes on, because he uses all his stamina in 5mins and makes any defence abit shakey xD

The man is a hero, he is arguably in the top 3 most awesome men in our team and I hope he gets offered a coaching role
