We had great results last year. Really should have beaten them at their place last year. Cattermole is a huge miss for us and I worry for our midfield. So for this season we are used to playing without the ball and this will be no different. Fletch can nick us a goal. Johnson, this will be big for him. Do we drop Sess or Mcclean and go with an extra man in the middle???

I personally don't see it. You guys defend very well, but their weaknesses have been in defence, but they've still been able to score their way to winning.

So you may be able to hit them on the brake, and I see you getting one, but I think sitting back and being negative, like you have been doing, wont work here, but unfortunately for you, I don't think MON has another strategy until he gets Sessegnon and Johnson to full fitness and form.

Johnson seems like he's gonna be a bit injury prone.

Stick with the same team mate they need game time together now and this one is a no pressure game for us as we are expected to lose no matter how well we did last season. Sess looked better yesterday and McClean also so maybe they'll hit the ground running next week and, hopefully with a good hour yesterday AJ will be looking to hit a screamer into the City net. Hard one to predict this one as I reckon it could go either way as City haven't got into their stride either, both teams unbeaten so something will give next week. Managed tickets for this one via a City mate will be the City end but, been in there before so no problems, should be a good game.

That's probably the best way to play against them mate try and keep them busy at the back so they don't get forward to hit us.

We will really miss Catts for this one, he keeps Yaya Toure relatively quiet.

He is going to run this game if we play Colback and Larsson.

I said beginning of the season this could be the closest Prem yet.

No team is standing out as odds on favourite.

All the top teams look vulnerable.

Every game for me, should be took as we can get points here, not just trying to avoid a tonking.

The Spuds decided to sit back and hold what they had against Utd and nearly paid the price for it.
Smarter bloke than me said, the oppo's can't score if you have the ball in their half.

So we should play open expansive attacking football, and leave our defense exposed?

Really playing to our strengths if we do that <doh><doh><doh>.

We are hard to beat so mon will keep it tight and try and knick one. Unfortunately I think we will need more than one. IMO our only hope is if they have a stinker but this game and Sunderland just don't do it the normal way so we will probably win by two playing quick attacking football!!!!

Dunno if all those dohs are pointed at me.
But I never said that, neither has anyone else as far as I can tell.

If they are pointed at me you need to wind your neck in.

Our midfield has left our defence exposed without the expansive play!!!!

Luckily our defence has been very solid.
