Millen keeeps saying that we cant get players in unless we move some out. So unless Lansdown loosens the purse strings we aint got no money.
So millen still has almost two years on his contract. He wont 'come to an arrangement' cos he aint likely to get a similar job anywhere else with his lack of experience (and success!)
None of the fancied replacements will come cheap and will Lansdown want to admit he was wrong. So do we appoint from within the club and will that show ambition?
So can we afford to get rid of Millen and can we afford to keep him!!

The senior management and chairman of the club are wholly responsible for the mess we are in right now. The buck starts and stops with them overall.

They created the current state, firstly by Lansdown approaching a bloke who didn't want the job in the first place, and then taking a cheap option when he walked away.

So listen up SL and Sexstone...sack Millen right now, advertise the job properly and let's see who comes forward and actually wants it, and don't give it to the woman who does the laundry because she's available (oo-errr Missus!) although she's probably got more of a clue than Mr Can't See Anything Wrong/Head In The Sand Millen...............

No John, everyone can see that he is just not up to the job - you can give him 2, 5, 10, 40 games, IT WON'T MAKE A BLIND BIT OF DIFFERENCE COS...

    HE CAN'T DO THE JOB...!

Its not panic or frustration - we are going DOWN on this form, why would you carry on allowing that to happen...?

had all this doom and gloom last year, really got bad when we had 7 very difficult fixtures..was it 2 home and 7 away or something, just managed a couple of points then whoosh up the table......

SO is Kilks a star with no team around him to pass to...players fault not manager, or just frustratingly slow and has stars around him that he cant service..in which case it would be for the manger to drop him and put in someone like Bolasie or Cisse????

JGF2 - No game is easy but the similarities in form at the start of last season and the start of this one are there for all to see, and basically nothing has changed.
If the club want to struggle its way towards L1, and have the fans on the manager and players backs every game because we can't score or win games, then leave things exactly as they are and maybe in another 10 years time we might get back to the Championship.
