The media seem to think assets can be sold, fair enough.

But can teams in administration sell players? I know they may just let them go to reduce the wage bill but is there a special FIFA ruling allowing teams in administration to actually command a transfer fee out of the transfer window?

Who the fu.. would want to spend money on any Rangers player.
They have all got used to performing in front of their bias referees.
They could not handle it under normal fair conditions.
