    Some players will rather play than not make 18 man squad....Matty Philips could go out and get some games? He is still in rehabilitation really

    Why would we send our best right sided player out on loan? I think Quality rather than quantity is needed here thread wise old boy. What is an 18 man squad or am I missing something.

    Some youngsters maybe, but we were struggling for a squad 2 weeks ago.

    Why DT, you been lazy and goofing around, that why you need to catch up ?

    Same old SWP !!

    Down the right, in a 3-5-2 we have Isla, Simpson, Phillips, and SWP, and even Hoilett

    Now you pick the order in which they will play !!! SWP 1st or 2nd ? Really ??

    He comes 5th in my book !!

    We have 23 players now - but that includes Cesar who I doubt will be in the 25 man squad. So 3 spaces to fill.

    Well aware its a 25 man squad but to some players if they do not make 18 on a sat they want match minutes. Matty has not featured enough pre season which tells me he is behind schedule and possibly needing games.

    From what I can remember it is 2 domestic loans I think, so I would guess Isla doesn't come into that.

    I think Matty Philips is still recovering. Won't be rushed back. In swp credit, he can tackle. might be handy as a wing back.
