Can Ramires set a record?

Does anyone know who holds the record for the most yellow cards in a PL season? It occurred to me our boy could have a serious crack at breaking it!

 

The record is 14 yellows in one season and it is shared between 4 people:

Paul Ince in 03/04
Robbie Savage in 01/02
Olivier Dacourt in 98/99
Mark Hughes in 98/99

 

Wow-Bodanki, I didn't realise that! He seems like a goody-goody with only 7! He'll have to get 8 more yellows to beat the record and there's only 10 games left!

 

Yeah I had to look it up, seems a lot doesnt it!!!
That means they were booked in almost half the games they appeared in.

 

I'm surprised Kevin Davies isn't top of the list

 

Matic would break it if he had a full year, seems to always be getting booked.

 

Rambo tries tooo hard and over compensates(d) for Lamps, Mikel, Essien.

 

Rambo could get 3 yellows in one game if he tried a bit harder !

 

Reason why Rambo was not carded today was, the referee thought it was Haille Gebre Sellassie that was hiding behind the mask.
