    In all honesty probably not. He's expecting to join Liverpool or Arsenal type sides. Only chance IMO is if they don't come in and he sees us as the only way to get to the PL and prove himself to a bigger side. Weird they haven't taken him yet as 8.6m isn't big money for a French international and pocket change to those types of sides. Surprised 'Les Geordies' aren't in for him if he's so brilliant and cheap.

    Good write up, not sure if we will get him it looks like he is looking for other bids.

    We can only hope that no one comes in with a big bid, if as reported he wants to play in the Prem, Cardiff might be the only team to pay the asking price.

    Saw a rumour this week about Lambert going to Reading. Any truth in that?

    I'm very happy with Wanyama, and the initial performances have been good. However, Capoue is a coup - especially at £8m.

    Due to the fee, it would be one of the best bits of business.

    Would certainly be a great signing for us, but it looks like he wants elsewhere.
    It's difficult, when you're on the bottom rung of the ladder, getting some ink down on paper with these kind of players.
