Guys one of my friends has had her Facebook account disabled for no reason and we are trying to get it back.

She have tried the Help Center on there but apparently it does not work. There does not appear to be a way to contact a person and ask WTF is going on.

Does anyone have any idea what we can do?? All help is appreciated.

Not sure if you've sorted, but email [email protected] and cc in [email protected]

FB is an arse! Used to get warnings about 'spamming' just because I was replying to a friend "too fast"

Ok cool, good luck to her. I hear their customer service is pretty awful... Has she done something simple like trying to log-in, or a password reset?

Yeah there needs to be some form of live chat function where you can talk to an engineer about a problem. She was online and then it suddenly died and she can not log in. Then she went off the grid completely and you could not even search for her, however she has returned again, but i can not access her profile.

FB do this all the time. The only way to clear it it seems is to either be patient, or to open a new account. Make sure you always have your fb pics stored somewhere else, coz they're easily lost this way.

Yeah she was in tears because she has so many memories on there that she might loose. Apparently she cannot open another account, dont know why though. I just really hope that she gets it back soon.

That's the trouble with FB. You think it's a trustworthy website and somewhere good to store pictures. But in truth, they close accounts at the drop of a hat, if they think you are over posting, or you break a rule or whatever, and there's no way you can get those pictures back. It's not good at all.

Yeah, i just hope she has them somewhere, maybe on a memory card. There were some nice photos and good memories there.
