Following the discussion on this thread, many of us wanted to show appreciation for Ipswich Town press and media officer Camilla Haycock by chipping together to send her a bouquet with a message on behalf of the 606ers to thank her for keeping the spirit of the Ipswich Way well and truly alive and making us so proud to be blue! To do this it's been agreed that if we can get around 20 of us to donate £2 each then we'll have enough for a nice bouquet - and if people want to chip in a bit more than that or we have more contributors then obviously we could get a more luxurious one. Because to collect the money I will need to let people have personal details, I'm sorry but this will be open only to trusted and regular contributors. It seems some people at our club still uphold our good values but sadly many of the supporters don't.

Count me in for £2. Last season when my granddad had to give up his season ticket because he could no longer see the pitch after 70 odd years of going to PR every week I contacted ITFC and Camilla arranged for a message in the programme and gave my nan and granddad a bunch of flowers as they enjoyed hospitality before the game in the centre spot. Cost me a fair bit to pay for the hospitality but the little touches Camilla arranged were priceless and very much appreciated.
Gents this could easily have died on its feet, but we are not far from the target now. Good effort all.
