Cameron Stewart picked up another injury this afternoon as the U21s beat Charlton. The damage was done to his right knee and he was replaced during the first half. It seems to be one thing after another with him after his broken jaw! You have to wonder if we have signed a sick note! The positive news from the game is another win for the U21s who are on an unbeaten run for the new season and are going from strength to strength. Ambrose and Hunty both played and our young Centre Back Sowumni scored the winner. (These are my words and no one else can claim the credit )
He's very lightweight and obviously a little unlucky. He can start a game well and once he gets a crunching tackle come in he then disappears for the rest of the game. I wish him well after the way he was treated by Leeds, but also I'm glad we got out of signing him. Good luck for the rest of the season
