Hi guys'n'girls We seem to be getting a tad annoyed that by the first week of June we haven't signed anyone and two players we were linked with have moved. Morison went to Norwich, and Graham went to Swansea - both players in my opinion for moe han wha they re worth. GMS would be a decent player to sign but not for the £4 mill fee I have seen banded around. I would not be surprised to see someone like Robbie Keane end up at LR for next season, even on a loan deal. However, I wuld persnally like to see NW go after players such as Ishmael Miller - somone who is young and wants an opportunity to prove he can cut the mustard. Earlier this year we were linked with a guy from Hibs who's contract expires this summer, and I believe also David Goodwillie from Dundee Utd. As NW rightly says, if the press haven't got any news they will make smething up about this or that player, and NW also stated that out of all the players he has been linked with so far, he reckon the press had got right 3 maybe 4. last season he brought in Derry, Mackie, Hill & Kenny - 4 players that I did not think in my wildest dreams would have had the impact thay did. Whilst this is a site for people to air their views, lets not forget NW got us to where we are, he has stated all along that he would want two teams - one for promotion and one for the premier league. It would not surprise me at all IF some foundation work hasn't already been done behind the scenes wih regard to players. We will end up with some new signings - we just have to be patient.
