Ridiculous, he was part of a fantastic midfield we had at the time.
He was on a podcast and spoke well of us and how he enjoyed his time.
He does come across as he thought he was too big for us.
That's the main reason he features - his attitude. And he left the Club in January 2006 after being dropped following the team's run of 8 defeats in 10 games and a sending off against Arsenal at the Valley on Boxing day.
I wasn't at that game so I don't know what he did.
Not one of our worst 52 players technically for sure. But didn't show much respect at the time.
I haven't heard the podcast.
It's worth remembering that this thread isn't supposed to be a definitive judgment on the talents or shortcomings of various Charlton players down the decades. It's just a little fun. I'm sure I have done injustices to several other players while putting it together - as well as letting off some who deserved worse!
