Loved Pilkington's hat-trick. The pick of them was the one he scored for Rotherham anarl. Wigan have a player called Max Power. This pleases me. Harry Kane really embarrassed Damo Delaney with that leap for Spurs' first. Dele Alli - what more is there to say?
Take a bow Dele Alli. Woy - you're a **** if you don't start him vs Russia at the Euros, the way the lad is playing.
Dele Alli - They need to be building the England team around him, he's simply outstanding. PL player of the season so far for me.
Agreed, he's been superb and atm is the first name in the England XI for me. Yet I bet Woy still makes him a benchwarmer, the bumbling idiot.
POTY would be between the Leicester duo, Ozil, Payet and Alli for me right now. But if Aguero can stay fit I guess he'll show by May why he's the best player in the division.
What about that piece of skill by Mahrez to beat the Stoke defender for the third Leicester goal? Even slo mo isn't slow enough to see what he did.
Good start for Charlie Austin. That Dele Alli goal was something else (Woy will probably put him on the left wing).
I found it interesting that LVG said the fans booing was well deserved and understandable. Imagine the nervous breakdowns we'd have on here if it was us. Still don't see a new manager making that Man U team play any better mind, if players on those salaries aren't playing to the best of their ability, the worlds gone mad. Alli's goal too...kinell, that lads special aint he? When's he off to Real Madrid?
Got c5 on catch up, decided already i can't be arsed to watch through all manner of dross, anyone know roughly how far into the show we're on?
Nothing. I've already said it (ask Ben for a copy of the posts; he'll have them in his case files). At least two brilliant PL games I've watched so far today: In WHU-MC, one mini-highlight was when Yaya Toure was described by the co-commentator (former Eng-er-Lund player, Lee Dixon, as being "statutory" for WHU's first goal. Excellent game, though. The Norwich-Liverpool was arguably the best game of the season, so far. Norwich were brilliant in some phases of the game. Robbie Brady had a stormer at left-back. If you haven't seen the game, find a way to watch it. If you like football. I've still got another four games to watch, in between dealing with uncontrolled cyber hooligans.
Thanks for that pal, first time I've seen it!!!!! I've been drunk most of weekend!!! Including yesterday in Putney!!!!!
"Dele Alli looks one helluva prospect; he reminds me a lot of another of my all-time favourite players -- "Lightning" John White." is exactly what you've already said about him. A comprehensive insight, leaving nothing else to be said. You did also comment "good" upon finding he'd signed a new contract but being a Spurs supporter I can see why that would please you. By likening him to JW are you suggesting he'll meet an unfortunate death at 27?
