    T.F. buys cargiant with proceeds of sale of Caterham, sells land to QPR then buys Chelscums ground as new car giant site with the added bonus of finally putting something worthwhile on Stamford bridge site...................................................

    And? Just normal motions of a long -term development project. You don't have to be a member of the green-welly brigade to be a nimby. CarGiant does have a point as the plans relate to their only location. It's all about money and them finding somewhere else. I presume that this was already factored into the equation and everybody has been working on this -if not the club, certainly the planning authority. If you read what is said, that is precisely what their chairman said. It can't happen until we or you find an alternative site for us. Mind you that shouldn't be a problem as most car supermarkets are located near to motorways and outside towns for ease of access. Their current site isn't. They moved into a pretty much derelict boarded up space when the industries there died. Dont' thin they expected to remain there forever.
