If this is true.....They wont find so good manager anywhere with delias money. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepag...tml?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter
Sorry Igor, posted that before I saw your Link. Fast movin' mate. You got in there before the Canaries on their own board.
Villa is still a club with name and history compared to little sad naarwich. I think it's a good spot on the route to manu ,city ,chelsea etc.
Personally, I hope Norwich keep Lambert and stay up. Why would we support Villa more than Norwich? Surely we have more in common with them than Villa? I would love to see the smaller clubs overcome the more established ones. Let's root for the underdog here. The big clubs have had their chance, lets hope they've blown it. It's good for football. Neither do I say this thinking that QPR are beyond safe. I still realise that we have another tough season ahead of us, in which seventeenth would still be a sucess in my eyes.
Agree with Nines - but please - not 17th again. Don't know about you but I've got a ticker to think about!
Will be interesting to see what happens if he has quit. It wasn't long ago that a manager quit expecting to get the Villa job ... then it didn't materialize and he was left out of work.
In the space of 12 hours both teams we came up with have lost their successful managers but that doesn't mean they will fold. On the other hand we are by no means strong enough yet to start laughing at other clubs' misfortune. We should concentrate on our own position and not mock the afflicted who come on our board to wum... So there!...
This!! However.......... I will enjoy the Norwich lot going through it a bit....we've had our share!!
I'm bemused by the slagging off of other clubs. It's pathetic. It's just asking to be bitten on the arse. It's like the apprentice, they're such nobs, the only way they can improve their self image is by knocking others and feeding on their weaknesses. Laughable.
Agree Woody well said it gives me the hump, I could half understand, but still would not like it, if we finished in the top six at least we would be a position of power but we are lucky to grace the same league as Norwich & Swansea.
I agree with you entirely Woody, well said! But Norwich is the exception!! Only Norwich are so inbred they are so stupid as not to let their main asset at least hear what other Clubs have got to say. If this article is true, and this is the Sun so I don't know that it is, I hope this is the first step in Norwich gettting relegated by Christmas. I hate them, probably becasuse we have a terrible record against them at least in matches that meant a lot, so I got every reason to see them disappear!
i went on the Norwich board last night (not to be a wum) to say i heard that PL was frustrated with lack of funds and was unhappy, (this was before the story finally broke) and i got abused by loads of them. They then came over to our board and continued. f### them, just remember all the vile posts about the points deduction? What goes around comes around. I never had a problem with Norwich but for some reason they have a problem with us. My only dislike is Chelsea but sometimes you get the odd team that annoys you for a season or two. Its also funny how both Swans and Norwich managers have quit after that press 'love in' season? for me without those managers both will go down.
Their odds on going down have shortened... http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/premier-league/relegation
I've got nothing against Norwich really. Johnson and Holt perhaps though I quite like Holt too for how he's worked his way up the leagues. The fans on 606 on the whole seem a decent bunch even if the Norwich fans I've encountered at matches seem a bit gimpy.
