Cant agree more. Looking at his post match chat with SSN + what he has said over the last week, i cant help but feel he is looking for a way out asap. He's obviously lost the dressing room and if theres a split between players as well, well what else can you say.

He'll be gone and hopefully we wont have to wait till tomorrow to hear it

    Who cares?

The old boys brigade will still run the team.

RA will still buy players the manager doesn't want and fire him the first sign of trouble.

Go down the Zoo, get a monkey, put it in a suit and pay it 6 mil a year and it'll be business as usual.

You replaced JM with Avram.... so it seems it never has been an issue of the right replacement, rather just sacking any manager who falls below (unrealistic) expectations. I feel AVB should be given a chance but for whatever reason, the 'higher ups' seem to have no patience. I mean you sacked Anceloti for God's sake, and he did better than AVB.

If you keep AVB and see out the rest of this season the next one will be a very good one. The problem is the usual small clique of players who will probably be playing in Russia, China, the US or the Gulf after the summer. It's them who are destroying your club not AVB. Sell or sack them.

I'm no fan of Chelsea but it's a shame to see a club being ruined by a few selfish bastards. Abramovich needs to kick the ****ers out otherwise it will just go on with the next manager. If Lampard or Terry have it their heads they're going to be managing the team they need a good slapping. You need Lampard, Essien, Cole and Terry out of there and then you will have CL more or less guaranteed whoever the manager. Torres was a decent player, cannot believe Abramovich just stands there and lets a bunch of ****s **** up a £50 million investment.

Problem is solved when you get rid of:

Malouda, Essien, Drogba, Lampard and Terry

A.Cole will fall in line sharp enough without the latter two.

Torres and Sturridge can flourish without Drogba's influence

Should've let Lampard go to the states, Drogba to China, Cole to spain, and sold Malouda to anybody who offered even so much as mouldy old apple. Disagree about Terry and Essien

I do pity AvB, he's unfortunately the wrong man, in the wrong place, at the wrong time. If he'd stayed at Porto for another season or two, the senior chelsea players would have either retired, or gone off to play in bizzare leagues.

I think he would succeed somewhere like Arsenal, his youth policy would be popular with our board, plus our board have a knack of showing loyalty to underperforming managers.

Absolutely 1000% spot on. Even if Jose came back, the first thing he would do is trash the lot of them anyway. He is smart enough to see they are all past their use by date, and bring nothing to the club except grief and treachery.

I regret to say Kyle--I have to agree with all you say! I look back and wonder why he wasn't made up to Ancelotti's No 2! For sure we wouldn't be performing like this!
