Best Overtake: Webber on Raikkonen Funniest-moment: I had to laugh out of disbelief when Perez's tyre went. Best Driver: Webber/Alonso Worst Driver: Chilton? Best Rookie (Gutierrez, Bottas, Van Der Garde , Bianchi, Chilton): Didn't watch any of them. Best Team: Mercedes Worst Team: Toro Rosso - Their strategy is why they'll forever be a mid-grid team. Best Overtake: Webber on Raikkonen at Copse, or Di Resta on someone at Club at the start. Funniest-moment: A cheering crowd as Vettel retired. I imagine Silver wasn't among them Most Surprising Result: Vettel Least Surprising Result: Go home Pirelli, you're drunk. Special Mention to: Hamilton, Daniel and Rosberg Race Rating: 7.621/10 (taking points off for delaminations) Best Commentator/Presenter: Croft - In opposite land! He can't identify any driver at all - probably couldn't pick his own mother out of a line-up.
Best Driver: Webber Worst one really good as you expect here Best Rookie (Gutierrez, Bottas, Van Der Garde , Bianchi, Chilton): bianchi Best Team: Mercedes Worst Team:Mclaren Best Overtake: Webber on kimi Funniest-moment: vettel tripping over his own car Most Surprising Result: the comback kings Least Surprising Result: Pirelli Special Mention to: the kerb for taking all the whitmarshing Race Rating: 9/10 Best Commentator/Presenter: DC

Funniest-moment: Vettel falling over his own car Most Surprising Result: Vettel gets some bad luck! Least Surprising Result: Webber goes well around Silverstone Special Mention to: Massa, what a start Race Rating: 9/10
Best Driver: Massa Worst Driver: Chilton - 1.7 seconds behind Bianchi in qualifying, finished over a minute behind his teammate and a fastest lap over a second slower. Best Rookie (Gutierrez, Bottas, Van Der Garde , Bianchi, Chilton): Bianchi Best Team: Mercedes Worst Team: Mclaren Best Overtake: Hamilton and Alonso pulled off some great move Funniest-moment: Vettel stopping Most Surprising Result: Hamilton and Massa fighting back to 4th and 6th Least Surprising Result: Mercedes proving they did gain from the illegal test Special Mention to: Hamilton, Webber and Alonso were all brilliant Race Rating: 4/10 - ruined by delaminations
Best Driver: very difficult decision, some amazing driving today, but I'm going with Hamilton/B] Worst Driver: Gutierrez Best Rookie: Bottas Best Team: Mercedes, just getting better and better. If they keep it up, the championship towards the end of the season will be fantastic Worst Team: Mclaren, lucked into the points positions before the final safety car, and the poor pace of the car means their drivers can't fight to hold their positions Best Overtake: The Webber/Raikonnen battle Funniest-moment: The crowd cheering when Vettel had his transmission problem Most Surprising Result: Sutil dropping back Least Surprising Result: Williams still don't have a good enough car to score points Special Mention to: Ricciardo, been impressive all weekend, bid out because of the available seat next year. Hope he keeps this determination up. Also special mention to Webber to recover to second Race Rating: 9/10 Best Commentator/Presenter: Coulthard
Best Driver: One of the drivers I like, sure, and in a pretty good car, but Hamilton was absolutely outstanding today and the obvious candidate. He's gone absolutely agessssssss in the middle stint, whilst keeping very respectable pace, which allowed him to reap the benefits in the end and overtake teams who were more cautious. Shame the grand prix ended about 10 laps too soon (or that the marshals, Whiting, and stewards were so s***). Hamilton would have won the grand prix but for the tyres, I'm sure of it, even if Vettel had have been fine as well. Worst Driver: Miss Daisy... Otherwise known as Jenson Button. Perez pumped him, and every time he was on screen somebody was passing him. Best Rookie (Gutierrez, Bottas, Van Der Garde , Bianchi, Chilton): Bianchi Best Team: Mercedes Worst Team: The officials. The marshals get a lot of credit for doing a "difficult" job for free, but by god these fat racing fan-boys are slow to clear debris and pretty poorly organised by those in charge. I saw about ten marshals picking up ONE small bit of rubber, very slowly, then running to the side like a 15th century frigate in triumph. One guy, with a brush, could have swept that s*** up in five seconds. Best Overtake: Di Resta on Hamilton... or Alonso on several drivers near the end. Funniest-moment: The crowd's reaction to Vettel's demise! Most Surprising Result: Vettel suffers misfortune. Least Surprising Result: Rosberg's steady pace and lack of mistakes pays dividends. Special Mention to: Alonso and Webber, they drove well. Alonso especially in the last few laps was driving out of his skin. Webber slightly less so, he has the best car and everything seemed to fall into place after the horrible start. Race Rating: 8.5/10 Drama, controversy, high speed racing to the line. What's more, the DRS was pretty fair in my opinion and not overly kind like we see at most circuits. The last few laps were excellent, and this race had a good mixture of things to ensure it's worth replay value. Better upfront battles would have made for a legendary race, but overall it was an enjoyable way to waste a few Sunday hours! Best Commentator/Presenter: Brundle... "If Vettel takes advice from Schuey he'll pick the weakest, slowest and most pathetic team-mate possible"... Then someone reminds Martin he was his team-mate once, and that Herbert's in the pits spoiling for a fight
! Best Driver: Massa, Hamilton and Di Resta Worst Driver: Chilton Best Rookie (Gutierrez, Bottas, Van Der Garde , Bianchi, Chilton): Bianchi Best Team: Williams - agonisingly close to their first points of the season. Worst Team: Lotus - ****ed up by not pitting Raikkonen at the end. Didn't like the team order earlier in the race "Kimi is faster than you", didn't really make sense as Grosjean had just overtaken him as was tucked up behind Vergne. Best Overtake: Webber and Raikkonen two abreast through Copse was breathtaking. Great battle between Hamilton and Di Resta too. Least Surprising Result: Raikkonen in the points. Special Mention to: Ricciardo upping his game at the right time. Webber and Alonso's comebacks. Race Rating: 4/10 - Found it a very unenjoyable watch once the tyres started exploding all over the place. Hopefully it won't take someone getting injured or killed for them to do something about it. Best Commentator/Presenter: Coulthard. Edwards kept getting the Force Indias mixed up.
Best Driver: Hamilton, great drive Worst Driver: Chilton, just looking more and more out of depth the longerthe season goes on Best Rookie (Gutierrez, Bottas, Van Der Garde , Bianchi, Chilton): Best Team: Mercedes Worst Team: Pirelli Best Overtake: Alonso's early overtake on I can't remember, Grosjean maybe, set him up three corners before he madehis move. Funniest-moment: Most Surprising Result: Least Surprising Result: Special Mention to: Race Rating: 8/10 Best Commentator/Presenter: Coulthard
Best Driver: Daniel Ricciardo. Did a great job, was unlucky with the final safety car Worst Driver: Lewis Hamilton. Fluked his way through with safety cars Best Rookie (Gutierrez, Bottas, Van Der Garde , Bianchi, Chilton): None Best Team: Red Bull Worst Team: Mercedes. bunch of cheaters shouldn't even be on the grid Best Overtake: Webber and Raikkonen Funniest-moment: Hamilton's tyre blowing up. I celebrated massively Most Surprising Result: Rosberg winning Least Surprising Result: Alonso on the podium Special Mention to: Vettel, probably would have won if his car didn't break Race Rating: 4/10 Best Commentator/Presenter: DC
Best Driver: Ricciardo - first time I have seen him looking like a racing driver Worst Driver: Chilton - how could he finish so far behind his team mate when there was a safety car about 10 laps before the end? Best Rookie (Gutierrez, Bottas, Van Der Garde , Bianchi, Chilton): were any of these guys in the race? Best Team: Mercedes - for going from the biggest tyre munchers to magical tyre preservers in the space of a 1000km tyre test Worst Team: Lotus - not pulling Raikkonen in for his stop Best Overtake: All of Alono's on his charge after the last safety car Funniest-moment: Edwards randomly plucking drivers names out of a hat and hoping he got the right one Most Surprising Result: Not seeing Vettel on the podium Least Surprising Result: Webber having a poor start and then being tagged by someone ... which turned out to be Grosjean Special Mention to: Pirelli - for finding more innovative ways to stay at the forefront of F1 news Race Rating: 6.5/10 Best Commentator/Presenter: Lee McKenzie - for not being Suzi
Cricket Season in full effect, so bit late to the party... Best Driver: Whilst Vettel and Rosberg did nothing wrong (or spectacular), the real drivers of the day for me were, Massa, great start, could have picked up a good haul of points were it not for TI2 (Tyre Incident), Webber for a great recovery drive, Alonso for making the most out of a car that appears to have either stood still in the development race or worse, gone backwards, Di Resta (is it OK to like this guy now?) for working his way back into the points from the back of the Grid and Hamilton who would have won the race had it not been for TI1 and was putting in some great times even with a badly damaged floor. Worst Driver: No one, for me really stood out as being shocking.. Best Rookie (Gutierrez, Bottas, Van Der Garde , Bianchi, Chilton): By default, this goes to Bianchi with a notable mention to Bottas Best Team: Mercedes (they learnt nothing from their 1000KM test for Pirelli, nudge nudge wink wink...), on a serious note, if they have addressed their long race pace then with still 11 GPs to go, the Merc boys must be in the hunt for the title? Worst Team: McLaren, 2013s version of 2012s Mercedes! Best Overtake: Loads, hard to pin point anyone in particular, but the ones without DRS were the best, those by Webber and Hamilton going into Copse stood out! Funniest-moment: Mind the front wing Seb! Most Surprising Result: Vettel's lack of luck? Least Surprising Result: Alonso getting onto the podium Special Mention to: Not in a positive way, Pirelli, FIA and the teams that didn't allow a more robust and safer tyre, sort it out before someone dies you idiots! Race Rating: 7/10, agree with AG, this race was only spiced up (and not the way most of us F1 fans would like) by the Tyre issues! Best Commentator/Presenter: I saw the race on Sky this week and Crofty didn't disappoint, still horrendously shocking! Like Brundle though, can't they (Sky or BBC) get him and DC back together?
Best Driver: I love Hamilton and he had amazing drive, but hard to call between him and Massa. What a start!! Both very unlucky. Webber exceptional too. Worst Driver: Is it unfair to say Button for being beaten by both Williams? Maybe. Hard to choose a worst. Best Rookie (Gutierrez, Bottas, Van Der Garde , Bianchi, Chilton): Bianchi Best Team: Merc Worst Team: McClaren Best Overtake: Massa's start Funniest-moment: Vettel Most Surprising Result: Mercedes win/Vettel not winning. Least Surprising Result: Alonso storming up places. Special Mention to: Webber, who also ad a remarkable race. Race Rating: 8/10, but for all the wrong reasons. Best Commentator/Presenter: Meh.
Best Driver: Webber Worst Driver: Grosjean Best Rookie (Gutierrez, Bottas, Van Der Garde , Bianchi, Chilton): Best Team: Mercedes Worst Team: McLaren Best Overtake: Hamilton on Di Resta Funniest-moment: Vettel saying "tits" on the concert stage Most Surprising Result: Rosberg winning Least Surprising Result: Something breaking on Vettel's car after many safety cars. Special Mention to: Hamilton, should of won. Race Rating: 6/10 Tyres ruined the race IMO. Best Commentator/Presenter: None
