Just heard this one breaking out. Kieron Dyer is saying that Warnock was going to let Buzsaky go on a free this month, along with Tommy Smith. Will confirm source in due course.
Heard that too, and I can believe it because as much as I liked NW he did seem to have his favourites. If you weren't in the inner circle you were totally outside and not even on the fringes. Buzz is one for sure.
Just shows how inept Warnock was, Dyer also said how old fashioned Warnock was too which confirms what I said. Every day Im happier and happier hes gone.
Don't think it's worth winding ourselves up with Warnock-isms. Horses for courses. Time to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and start all over again. Thank Warnock for the platform he provided and fingers crossed for the Hughes era. Only one sequence of things matters now - and that's the ability of the club to survive at this level, sustain it and triumph in years to come. Hallelujah!
Neither Buz or Smith (apart from his goal at Wigan) had done much when given oppportunities this season. Buz was terrible when he played a month or so ago. Hardly surprising they were on their way out if we had new players coming in. But if MH has helped Buz's confidence and got him playing at his best again, all credit to him. Same with Smith, though I'm not so sure about him. His goal yesterday was a bolt from the blue, hope we see more
The past is the past I agree with Brixton however for some on here it's also a relief that the club has changed because sorry I for one could sense and see that NW was losing it There are bound to many more snippets which is a little way makes some of us that we're suffering with frustration about issues like Adel Barton and NW a little better
Most here would have happily driven him to a new club as well! It just goes to show how important confidence and fitness is.
NEVER, his goal was not a bolt from the blue....he has scored a number of goals like that. Always useful. Good squad player and someone to come on and turn a match. Definately need to keep him on the bench for rest of season Buzz is going to be a regular starter now
NW wanted to keep Dyer (could have been realesed due to a clause in his contract re injury) and let Buz and Smith go for free. Now that is proper business sense!
It was a bolt from the Blue for me Beth! I seen him score a few goals, but nothing near that quality. Candidate for goal of the season i should think.
Buz is the type of player who needs to start,its a confidence thing. warnock kept him on the bench and gave him 10mins here and there. I hope he is given the opportunity to shine in the second half of the season. He should have taken the second penalty HH was always going to miss the second one.
