I've recently been buying some items that date back to the 80s, including -

A copy of Look-In magazine, which features interviews with Daley Thompson, Five Star and Canon and Ball.

Plastic football cards, including Peter Shilton, Gary Stevens and Peter Beardsley.

Cans of perfectly preserved Top Deck and Quatro.

A signed photo of Little and Large.

    Action Jack figures.

A bundle of Whizzer and Chips comics.

What items would you like to obtain from your chosen era?

P.S) I'd like to post some pictures of these purchases, but I can't for some reason.

Canon and Ball were vastly underrated.

    Years ahead of their time.

These items could be worth a fair bit in the future, Shameless.

I see my recent purchases as a sound investment, unlike the bollock-bag schemes the bank is trying to sell me.

Oh, I forgot, I also managed to get my hands on a mint-condition Ronald McDonald pencil case and stationary set, circa 1988.

Don't do that, SN23! I will buy them from you. Name your price? You can then buy some new stuff for your son.

I have some old Charles and Di Royal Wedding commemorative crockery you can have ponders. I was hoping to flog them to Jap tourists during the recent never ending Royal Wedding/Jubilee/Sprog Dropping festivals, but it seems I missed the boat. Yours for a modest sum.

I bought a wee retro mirror last year, it's brassy coloured, oval shaped, with like curls of metal all around it. I remember my mum having one similar when I was wee. It's not the nicest looking thing, but I've got it up in my hall and it makes me smile when I pass it by.

I had loads of MASK toys when I was a kid, but I think I traded them in for some Zoids and a box of Micro Machines, which I still have.

What year is the Panini album? I have loads, but not all of them.

How much will you sell all the toys for? I would come and get them, but it appears you live in the US.

Not really my thing, Archers, but thanks for the offer.

I can't be doing with the modern royals. My interest ends after Henry V.

Maybe i can give you a choice and you can buy 1 but they sell them on E Bay pretty cheep i think.
I haven`t checked for about 6 years so i hope the cardboard hasn`t rotted as it`s stored outside...

My big brother had one of those, SN. He also had an Arnold Palmer golf thingy where at the end of the 'club' was a wee guy holding a club and the top half of the body swung

**** Pac Man, we did not have enough money for an Atari, we got a BBC Electron so had to make do with Snapper. Though if you have an 80's E's I will happily take them off you mate <ok>
