I'm trying to access the "Buy online" feature on the OWS, but it just takes me to an error page Am I missing something or where shall I look?
They only appear on there about 2 weeks before the match day. You get redirected to a different site anyway. This is how it used to work, maybe it's changed.
The entire website is a mess at the moment. They've tried to make their own independent site which should be a lot better than the old one when it works, but at the moment it's more or less unusable, hardly any of the pages actually work.
I'm pretty sure all the clubs' websites who weren't previously independent (Leeds, Man United, Man City, etc) have changed to the new style. I was on Norwich's yesterday and it was the same layout.
I'm not sure what you mean, I just looked at Norwich's and it seems to be the premiumTV thing that we used to have.

Presumably we haven't made our own site like a big club after all then, it must just be the new design for everyone. I live on Beverley Road, why?
It's down at the moment but there are no tickets to buy online anyway, only season tickets and pre-season tickets are for sale and they are only available on the phone or in person
