So our fans waited behind and had a bust up with the players which got heated. A gashead even managed to get on the team coach! Not one Altrincham fan however said that was a bad thing. Instead they said our fans were a credit to the club, the fans deserved better, they felt sorry for our fans, our manager and board should look in the mirror, we are not a good side, we were dreadful, our fans should be screaming and shouting, our club has big problems and thought Sinclair was our best player but was wasted when moved to RB. So in 90 minutes, just a handful of fans were able to see and sum up what we gasheads all think. Yet Clarke and Higgs cant see it. Well if the bust up between fans and players is true, im not sure if its a good or bad thing!
This is funny as well as embarrassing. Your club needs to sort itself out and put the breaks on, other wise you don't know how far you'll fall....
i can see the players struggling to deal with the added pressure from the fans. a lot of the players we signed aint used to playing in front the sized crowds we get at the mem. next game is at home at the mem. lose that game against telford and i could see a riot! the players must be bricking it. that wont help their performances.
****ing dreadful! first off fans were fighting with Grimsby outside the ground and now there trying to get at the players outside the ground. Very dark days for gasheads.
The whole club look like a bunch of Clowns and thats being polite. Fans aside of course they are the only ones with any dignity and genuine concern for the club. This is evidenced by events after the game and comments from Alt Supporters and as our Board know the fantastic support given so far home and away. City fans I thought you'd had some tough times but life and The Channel island Pirate has been kind to you, maybe you deserve to be were you are miles away in Football terms from the Gas thanks to at least having a Chairman and Board who was prepared to aim high even if it didn't often come good. Better to have tried and failed than what Rovers Board do, simply keep doing the same bloody thing and expecting a different outcome. A bunch of F7ckin Morons with an incompetent manager as their mouthpiece.
It's only three games, so don't write it off yet. It's funny for us but you need a season of stability before you can rise again. We hopefully had that last season, but it's too early to suggest we will do well all I do know is we are 6 points closer to safety this season. Once we get to 50 points then I will start to be happy with this season.
3 games & 3 different teams played by DC !!!! That's part of the problem !!!!! It also appears that the "fisherman" (lol) is DC's favorite & will play regardless, which is no bad thing but he needs to play in his best position !!!! Maybe with no midweek game DC can re-group & start the season next Saturday........... Then again we are Rovers we don't do common sense............
Seems that a few Rovers players of late have been keen to throw a punch or 2 during their Saturday night sessions. No F6ckin wonder we are were we are. As for the Fans well if the players showed half as much bite on the field as the fans we'd have more than 1 bloody point from 3 games. Those who say its only 3 games in so all is not lost, would do well to look at the record so far of DC. Its F8ckin Awful and remember he was the manager that took us out of the League, we were in a position outside of the drop zone when JW went ! How patient are Rovers fans expected to be ? One major correction surely BSG? How patient are Rovers fans expected to be ? We have had a dross and shambolic set up since Trollope and Lawrence went Since Lawrence went and PT lost the dressing room to trouble makers..
