Decided last minute to take a trip up to Burton,we generally always do first away game of season. Should be a good atmosphere with them being promoted to the championship and their first home game. a few tickets still available.
Could be a bit of a banana skin. Like you said, their first game in the Championship so their fans will likely create a racket, in a comparatively small stadium - I have no idea what the pitch will be like, though the worse it is, the better it'll be for them. Their game against Forest would indicate that they're dangerous going forward, but suspect at the back. Could be a goal fest again...
Must admit it will feel very good if we manage to get a win. Haven't really got going yet but would be 3 out of 3. Definitely would be a massive 6 points in the league considering who we've got coming up.
Isn't it a bit weird that our first 5 league games are all against teams that weren't in the division last season?
In a way good because the league one teams can see the step up is hard, and the prem sides are still working out the championship.
Potential Banana skin tomorrow. Hope LJ has the boys focused on doing a job. I'd be delighted with us playing badly again and winning 1-0
Don't forget the 10mile roadworks by Worcester and the holiday traffic returning north so it will be busy through there
not so long ago went north 4 times, 3 to Manchester, in as many weeks . stopped counting miles of roadworks at top of Shap when IT JUST GOT BORING as we had gone over 75 miles, estimated cones of one third of a million on north section but likely quite a few more, as smaller sections were often missed ...... started on m32 .... bit late as he will have left but Burton is in the speed camera forest
