I don't see us shifting many tickets at H to little Burton ... lets put it that way. Clearly they won't bring very many - perhaps 250 max... so up to us to get into the 14,000s. Jesus wept. AWFUL.

Anyway, a chance to build on the Sunderland W and set up a more lively affair with Norwich should we win this one - which you'd hope we would.

Celina + Carayol unused subs last time out - without McGoldrick. Flair at an all time low, so a very good win considering. Perhaps a more balanced system etc at Sunderland!? Gleeson + Hyam sub too. At least we have somewhat of a squad now - if we can have Didsy back that would be great. Mr Webster had to do with a place kicking his heels on the bench also....

As for Bolton, I imagine Sears OUT Celina IN may be the order of the day.

Lets say 2-1 win / back to back victories ( rare ) however can well see this being a draw and back to square one......

If confidence returns and our more talented players play in the right position, and we attack from the off, I can see a resounding uplifting 3 or even 4-0.

Just hope Celina is allowed to start ffs!!

A fairly routine performance and a 2-1 victory. We probably go two up and then Burton pull one back towards the end.

Tempted to watch it, but I think my group will prefer to sit in a pub and watch the Six Nations matches.

Flipping it South, and I want Celina to win - does he warrant a start if we won 2-0 last time out / clean sheet ? Now I love the lad, but is it fair to change much from last time from the off / see if they can build on it ?

I think i'd agree with Westy and give sears/ward another run out from the off. If it doesn't pay off, bring Celina and/or Carayol on to get some game time before unleashing them against the budgies.

    2-0 win.

Flashes of something decent, but predominantly workmanlike and a late second to seal the points after riding our luck a bit.

And I have to agree with Nuggets that 6 nations does offer much more entertainment.

Lotta time for the 6 nations, I saw a good chunk of each game last weekend.

Don't understand footy people who hate rugby - it's class! Prefer union to league, however leagues still good. Very quick.

I always had a soft spot for rugby union after doing a fair bit of freelancing reporting on the sport, but I do understand how some people are put off by it because of its stop and start pace and the rules can be unnecessarily complicated. England and Wales are looking good, and it should be an interesting match on Saturday. I know a country has never won the competition outright for three consecutive years, but I think it's England's to lose. Injuries have hit a lot of countries and we have the strongest squad depth in the northern hemisphere, so we should be able to handle it well.

Amidst all the will he or wont he, here we go again, lowly Burton. Admire any travelling fans in this bleedin weather!

Good attacking start line-up, with Celina playing from the off, as I hoped.

Lets go on the front foot, 3-1 and move up a place or two.

We're ****in' ****. Haven't got into their box once yet, let alone have a shot.
You'd be hard pressed to know which team was bottom of the league.

I truly hope Mick is not here next season

Fans are booing because we keep passing the ball backwards.

Chants of "Your football is ****, Mick McCarthy, your football is ****" tells you everything you need to know about the game

    No mate, I didn't.
Ward is a waste of space, I'd rather have Connolly play on the damn wing!

Booed off at half time, a sad thing to hear and see but well earned after a **** first half

I would say that it could be fatal for ITFC if MM stays for another season

    Agree with this mate.
Anyone who says Ward is a threat has had the football knowledge knocked out of them watching Mick's **** football. He doesn't have any of the attributes needed to be a winger. McG is and always has been a selfish player who makes the wrong decision - passes when he should shoot, shoots when he should pass.
