Watford have confirmed Sean Dyche as their new boss. So the question is: does Burton stay as No2 or possibly Ardley stepping up? (or even someone new coming in)

Any thoughts?

EDIT:
I just saw this quote on Watfords board re: Dyche
"...any up and coming manager is not going to look at a club that loses its manager to a club like Cardiff."

someones not happy:)

watford fans here have by and large proved themselves to be a load of delusional c*nts, seriously hbomb dont take a word of what they say seriously.

as for no 2, i would have thought MM would want to bring his own staff in (he said he would do both - keep some and get rid of some), anyway what is ardleys role, youth team coach or something?

no mate I don't. Watfords problems are just that...their problem.
Neil Ardley is the Academy Manager. Apparently highly thought of by all at CCS. I know him and Malky played for Watford but I'm not 100% if at the same time.
