Worth noting that Burnley have been relegated which is a shame. We have had some tight games with them the last 2 years and Sean Dyche has been superb for them. I wanted them to stay up but I think they just have fell short of quality. On the positive side at least QPR are going back down with them I would like to see us have a look at Danny Ings and Kieran Trippier
Yeah i feel for them but ultimately, no matter how hard they tried, it was always going to be difficult to find 3 teams worse than them. We've had some great match-ups in our promotion journey with them both this year and last and i wish them all the best.
Yeah, didn't root for them as much as I might have in other season due to the obvious conflict of interests. Would certainly have preferred them to survive or Newcastle, Sunderland or Villa... even if it was just to offer a more likely candidate for relegation next season!
I would let someone else look at Ings, Trippier though, that would be a great signing, would be a bit harsh on Albrighton, but still, hes been a class WB for them consistently for years. Same as Cresswell for Ipswich.
i'd say the whole teams does at the minute. I wouldn't have started with Mahrez today, but he proved me wrong. He still gave the ball away a little too much for my liking, but Nugent or Drinkwater wouldn't have scored those goals today.
Time to watch Man City put QPR back in the championship now. QPR can only stay up on goal difference now meaning as soon as they drop points there are down Sandro can't play for QPR due to work permit issues I have never heard of work permit problems in the middle of a season
Half time 2-0 Man City Kolorov free kick Charlie Austin has had a goal disallowed while Zamora had a header saved on the line after Fer hit the bar
Full time Man City 6 QPR 0 QPR are relegated back to the championship Both teams who come up with us have gone straight back down
If they don't pay their FFP fines its possible the football league won't allow them back in. Same goes for us if were issued any and refuse to pay it. While were in the Premier League there is nothing the football league can do because the Premier League have refused to support it So in theory QPR might skip the Championship, League 1 and 2 and start in the conference next season Cant see it happening though
