An injury to Rory Watson ahead of the Under-21s’ Professional Development League 2 clash with Bolton Wanderers on Monday evening prompted the recall, with Bukran keeping a clean sheet on his return to action for Tony Pennock’s side in the goalless draw at the Macron Stadium. During his time at Scarborough, the Hungarian shot-stopper made four appearances in all competitions, helping the Evo-Stik First Division North side register three wins in those games. Joint Scarborough boss Paul Foot was quick to thank Bukran for his efforts whilst at the club, saying: “Erik has been fantastic during his short time with us, impressing against Glossop with key saves to keep us in it then seeing us to victory against Whitby. “For an 18-year-old, he has been a real credit to himself and to Hull City, showing why he is highly thought of at Hull with his attitude and willingness to learn.”
I went to Bolton to watch the U21's and he made some v good saves, particularly in the second half. Along with Watson seems we have two v good up and coming keepers
