    it appears there maybe a problem with height and width issues with the latest new stand, when inspected recently it was found to be 1.4 m to high and 2.16 metres wide.
    it was apparently noticed before construction, but decided that over such a large structure it could be " absorbed" / not noticed ..
    it may be that the stand cannot be used until reprocessing of stress/ support figures can be worked out, it may only be a few tonnes but the law of levers greatly magnifies the stress put on the supports. this may take months/even a year or two to resolve if retrospective planning / stress detail is not forthcoming
