If you had the chance would you have him back? (please)

The impression is gathering pace here that he can talk the talk but not walk the walk.
The board has given him everything he's asked for...........17+ players and his own staff.
He's had a go at the groundsman and fallen out with at least two players.
We have won 4 out of 15.
Are we judging him too harshly and/or too soon?

I think he was a good manager, Don't think I'd want him to come back to Torquay now though.

buckle does have a habit of falling out with people,players that fall out with no matter how good they are usually end up in the stiffs,i also wouldnt want him back again
