I am surprised little has been said or done about the laser beams shined at Chelsea players by the home crown! I am not trying to excuse the shambolic display by our players, but normally UEFA offialdom would impose heavy sanctions on clubs not cracking down on this sort of thing! Our brass should be lodging an official complaint!

Good point I found it strange nothing was done at the time. I tried to find something on google but no mention from what I can see but I did find this bit of old info that I didn't know about.

They were shining the lasers in our players eyes in every set piece we took. It should have been dealt with during the match and there need to be sanctions placed against Steaua Bucharest for allowing it to happen.
Not sure whether the players could see it to be honest, seemed an absolute waste of time as the players seemed entirely unaffected. If they were, they should have highlighted it to the match officials at the time.

It happens all the time across Europe. It's not good though and there should be more done if it really does effect the players.
