strange how clubs hire managers who spend money on supposed better players, lose their jobs and then give the next manager coming in next to nothing to work with other than what he has inherited. Feel sorry for Cotterill. He may not be the best manager, but Birmingham should have stuck with him. If they had gone down then give him the chance to rebuild. However Birmingham's biggest screw up is a toss between sacking Rowett or employing Redknapp
