I'm suspect Brucey at the beginning of the season would have had Arsenal at home as a nil point game. Fulham away one, Villa away nil, MU away nil, Everton at home 1 point. So now forcasted to finish on 38, great achievement and one which would see us finish around 14/15th.

Personally fancy us to get something from all 3 away games and finish with a draw home to Everton; we were unlucky to lose at Goodison on the day.

I think we'll lose against Fulham, get a point or three against Villa, **** knows what will happen at Man United and Everton will give us a lesson in football.

For me provided we avoid defeat at Fulham i think all the relegation issues will be more or less sorted next weekend. Everton at home; here's hoping that by then 4th place is beyond them!

I think we could get a point from each of our remaining games giving us a total of 40. Providing we avoid defeat at Fulham, I reckon we are safe.

I think we have looked comfortable against teams around us, we have been one of the better teams in the bottom half. I think we will get something at both Fulham and Villa, and a lot will depend on Everton's situation with the Champions league place, how they will play against us. With Man U I think we would have stood a better chance of getting something if Moyes was still there, as if we had kept it tight for the first 20 minutes, then the crowd would be getting on Moyes and the players backs.

We will beat both Fulham and Villa as they are dire really dire. Then i suspect that Brucie will give the squad players the final 2 games against Man Utd and Everton so that our FA Cup Final players are fresh for the final.

Agreed John. Good points well made.
