He didn’t pick Howe ( we know this as he then tried to make fun of EH by calling him that manager who got Bournemouth relegated)

You are seriously asking whether he’s lying about recommending EH when he was literally taking the piss out of EH? Come on

 

I'm not saying it is.... you can decide if he's a liar but he's put it out to the world.

 

Maybe Bruce has been brainwashed by the same life coach who convinced Allardyce that he's as good as Pep, convinced David Icke that he is the son of god and convinced Chippy that wearing mustard chinos ib public is 'trendy'.

 

I think Bruce is telling his own ego what it needs to hear.

 

We have moved on in every way shape and form since Bruce.

He probably did say if you want me to go I will go knowing he had a contract to be paid up.

So that part is probable. Why not get paid your full contract for doing **** all.

But for him to recommend Howe. That part he may have said something along the lines of “give Howe a try” along with many other managers names.

Fact remains that Howe got interviewed and impressed.

He was cut up about being sacked from his dream job and immediately bad mouthed Eddie Howe in the press.

What he's trying to do here basically, is say that it was his genius idea to get Howe, and because of his recommendation, we should all realise that Bruce is the reason why things have got so good for us. ****ing idiot
