STILL having a pop at us. Can somebody please tell him he was rubbish. Just like the Birmingham fans said he was. This is the loyal man who walked out on other clubs but when it happened to him..........whinge, whinge.................yawn, yawn http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...s-Sunderland-leading-Hull-Premier-League.html
All the millions in the world but the weight he is he could be dead by xmas, anyone on this board who is as fat/ fatter than him, you need to go on a diet
This may be an unpopular opinion, but I still have a lot of time for Brucie. Although he needed to go when he did. He did manage to raise our profile, I cant think of a better appointment after Keano. He was just another step in our progress and now a bit of time has passed I can look back on his time here with some fond memories. (Chelsea mainly)
No, absolutely not. He's been pivotal for us. Towards the end of the season he faded a bit, and he seemed a bit sulky at times too. He stopped making the same runs, but he has been one of our most important players without a doubt. I imagine we will be trying to sign him permanently.
Not arguing you didn't deserve it.He just can't accept he was rubbish here at the end. See what happens next season mate.

No clue I'm afraid, I can't imagine he'd cost much more than £1m or £2m, but that's a massive guess.
May well be mate but this is a Sunderland forum. We are perhaps a liitle more aware of his limitations. Don`t set your sights too high. Championship is about his level.
He's a good championship manager and has to be applauded for your achievement, a bit like Mick McCarthy, he'll be found wanting next season, even if he shops at harrods
I can understand Bruce being bitter towards us. It's never nice to get the chop, that said. Bruce had very nearly 100 games and achieved a win rate of less than 30%. Simply not good enough with the money he had. I wish him every success with Hull though.
